創始人和聯合創始人必須要全職投入，誰兼職就不要考慮，這種騎墻行為是最沒有擔當的，創始人最重要的責任就是擔當！

1.股權綁定

這也是投資機構帶來的理念，比如我投了你之后，公司的創始人或聯合創始人，在公司的股權要有一個綁定期，比如3年、4年或5年。

其實從投資人角度來講，時間越長越好，一個項目從天使到上市，平均時間是7到8年，但創始人都希望綁定期越短越好，目前通常是3到5年的股權綁定。

In fact, from the perspective of investors, the longer the time, the better. The average time from angel to listing for a project is 7 to 8 years, but founders all hope that the shorter the binding period, the better. Currently, it is usually 3 to 5 years of equity binding.

從天使的角度講，你只承諾工作3到5年，如果過了綁定期你走了，這公司誰來做？

From an angel's perspective, you only promise to work for 3 to 5 years. If you leave after the binding period, who will handle this company?

因此這個綁定期對CEO極其重要，任何一個創始公司，如果CEO走了，你根本就找不到人能夠接替他，CEO一定是創業公司不可替代的資源，而企業的成敗也都寄托在這個人身上。

比如二股東在公司擁有20%的股權，綁定期4年，就是干滿一年能落實5%，不滿一年不算數，但有的股權成熟機制會細到按月，比如干滿幾個月落實多少。

For example, the second shareholder owns 20% of the equity in the company, with a binding period of 4 years, which means that 5% can be implemented after one year of work. If less than one year, it does not count. However, some mature equity mechanisms may be detailed to a monthly basis, such as how much can be implemented after several months of work.
