The business model canvas consists of nine grids, which are value propositions, customer segmentation channels, customer relationships, key business core resources, important cooperation revenue sources, and cost structures.

商業(yè)模式畫布由九個(gè)格子組成，每一個(gè)格子代表了一個(gè)做生意的關(guān)鍵要素，所有的格子之間都是密不可分相互影響的（如下圖）。

The business model canvas is composed of nine grids, each representing a key element of doing business, and all grids are inseparable and mutually influencing (as shown in the figure below).

注意，每個(gè)格子并不是只和它旁邊的格子有聯(lián)系，而是和其他所有的格子都有關(guān)系。這些豐富的關(guān)聯(lián)才是商業(yè)模式的真諦。

Note that each grid is not only related to the grid next to it, but also to all other grids. These rich connections are the true essence of a business model.

每一個(gè)格子所在的位置都有它特定的含義，一個(gè)格子的左右上下都是不同的格子，它們之間有非常緊密的聯(lián)系。

Each position of a grid has its specific meaning, and there are different grids on the left, right, top, and bottom of a grid, with very close connections between them.

我們要把這“九宮格”作為一個(gè)整體來看，它代表著一整盤的生意（而非企業(yè)的某一個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域）！

價(jià)值主張：你準(zhǔn)備為客戶帶來什么好處；

Value proposition: What benefits are you prepared to bring to customers;

客戶細(xì)分：到底你的東西要賣給誰，他是怎樣的；

Customer segmentation: Who exactly do you want to sell your product to and what it is like;

渠道通路：你如何找到目標(biāo)客戶，又如何交付產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)給他們；

Channel channel: How do you find target customers and deliver products or services to them;

客戶關(guān)系：你準(zhǔn)備和客戶建立什么樣的關(guān)系，比如，是一次性的買賣，抑或是永遠(yuǎn)的朋友；

Customer relationship: What kind of relationship are you planning to establish with the customer, such as a one-time sale or an eternal friend;

關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)：你要做些什么事情（生產(chǎn)銷售交付等）才可以順利完成跟客戶的交易，達(dá)到你要求的效果；

Key business: What do you need to do (production, sales, delivery, etc.) to successfully complete transactions with customers and achieve the desired results;

核心資源：你需要哪些關(guān)鍵資源去做成這個(gè)生意，這些資源包含人物錢設(shè)備等；

Core resources: What key resources do you need to make this business happen, including people, money, equipment, etc;

重要合作：哪些搭檔可讓你的生意成功；

Important collaborations: Which partners can make your business successful;

收入來源：除了向客戶要錢，你有哪些渠道或方法來賺錢；

Source of income: In addition to asking customers for money, what channels or methods do you have to make money from;

成本結(jié)構(gòu)：你是否知道這筆賬是怎樣算的，成本之間的關(guān)系是怎樣的。

Cost structure: Do you know how this account is calculated and the relationship between costs.
