股權頂層架構設計中的多元股權架構有何設計思路?

一元股權架構這種是指股權的股權比例、表決權(投票權)、分紅權均一體化。采用該種股權架構,看似簡單地解決了股權分配的難題,但由于股東之間的股權比例只能根據其出資來確定,對于初創企業的創始人而言,其對企業控制權的掌握也缺少了自主性和靈活性,甚至很容易因企業融資或因他人惡意爭奪企業控制權,或是其他的意外變故而喪失了對企業的控制。
