2、股東對(duì)我們公司的所有的信息必須要全面的公開，然后監(jiān)督，然后管理，但是我們的合伙人，可以不全面的公開公司的財(cái)務(wù)、稅務(wù)和法務(wù)的一些信息。所以說合伙人比起股東來說，他就相對(duì)的要安全很多。

2. Shareholders must fully disclose, supervise, and manage all information about our company, but our partners may not fully disclose some financial, tax, and legal information about the company. So, compared to shareholders, partners are relatively safer.

3、當(dāng)你引進(jìn)一個(gè)股東的時(shí)候，你勢(shì)必會(huì)分走其他股東的份額，對(duì)吧，但是當(dāng)你引進(jìn)一個(gè)合伙人的時(shí)候，你肯定不是要分走其他的股東的份額，你反而是做大了股東所有的利益，所以我建議大家你想要引進(jìn)的人才，想要合作的人，變成股東之前，最好先變成合伙人。
